Eligibility: Two semesters of WSU housing, transfer or continuing sophomore, or be at least 21 years of age.

THE VILLAGE APARTMENTS
 
Eligibility:
Students must be 21 years of age, be a graduate or professional student, be married and/or have dependent(s), or be of sophomore, junior or senior status.

The Village Apartments are unfurnished, so you will need to bring your own furniture unless a furnished unit is requested.
